After one task is completed, we immediately start on your next request. All tasks are tracked through notion which you’re invited to immediately after signing up.

We recognize that you might not always have a full month's worth of design work—maybe just one or two requests for now. This is precisely why the option to pause your subscription is so beneficial.

Our billing cycles cover a 31-day period. For instance, if you sign up and utilize our services for 21 days before opting to pause your subscription, your billing cycle will also pause. This leaves you with 10 days of unused service, which you can access and use anytime in the future.

Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the task. Setting up a full design system for your SaaS can take maybe a week. Designing a small feature or businesscard can be done within a short day. Once you add a task we’ll review and append an estimated timeframe on the task board. The average turnaround time is 2 business days for most task

Absolutely! Your satisfaction is our priority, and that means making sure you get the design you envisioned. All our plans include unlimited revisions so you can tweak and perfect your design.

We offer a simple, multi-tiered subscription service. Your card will be charged each month from the day you subscribe. There are no hidden fees or extra charges. Bank transfer options are available on request.

We limit the amount of start-ups we serivce to 5 active subscriptions. When all spots are taken, we accept no new clients to unsure fast turnaround of your requests.

Please note that we have a no refund policy. You can however, pause the service on request. Days remaining will be logged as credit to use at a later point in time. When you subscribe to our service, you agree to this policy.
